Great Breads Academy · Cohort One
You were not built
for this shift
.
You know the feeling. Clock in, phone out, scroll until the shift dies. The check clears and it's already gone. And every night, somebody your age is on your screen posting the trip, the car, the launch. You watch it on the same phone you'll be hiding under the counter tomorrow.
You're not lazy. You're not behind. You've just never been let inside. Every course you've ever seen was somebody standing outside a business, describing it. Nobody opens the doors.
This has not been done before
So we're opening ours.
Not a course about business. A real business, running in real time, with the doors open. Real clients. Real invoices. Systems closing loops while the founder sleeps. For eight weeks, you don't study the machine. You stand inside it while it runs.
Even this page is the machine. The moment you're admitted, the same systems that serve our clients wake up and start serving you. Your welcome email, your workspace, your feedback on every assignment. Nothing about this course is a demo. That is the entire point.
It does not matter if you've got a degree or you never finished high school. Nobody in this room gets asked about that. What matters is whether you're willing to build the thing, not what's on a transcript.
Eight weeks. Four rooms.
Audit Your Starting Point
Before you build anything, you find the thing you already do without trying. It starts with a true story: a 14-year-old at his grandmother's sewing machine, making custom jeans for himself before anyone ever asked. They came asking. They always do.
The AI Multiplier
The task eating your week becomes the system that buys back your time. Built from the day the founder turned down thirty days in India because the business couldn't run without him, and what he changed so that never happened again.
Building Your First System, Live
No slides. We take a real task from your own homework and build it into a working system on screen, in the same platform running this business, while you watch. You don't leave with notes. You leave with a machine.
Positioning: Let the Niche Find You
Back to the jeans. Nobody picked "custom denim" out of a brainstorm. Somebody saw the work and asked for it. Proof first, then the niche walks up and introduces itself. This module closes the loop it opened.
Why believe any of this
Twenty years of building. From a grandmother's sewing machine in Harlem to a design studio whose systems run businesses you can go look at today. The founder isn't reading you a theory of how this works. You'll be watching his actual dashboards.
Right now, this is not a metaphor. It's a mailing address. The founder lives in Medellín with his business partner Xavier, both of them digital nomads, building systems for real businesses from wherever they've landed that month.
Xavier never applied for the job. We met, hung out a few times, and one day he asked what I actually do. Weeks later he came back and said it straight: "Bro, I want to keep traveling. Can you teach me how to make money online." That was the whole interview. He's been building with me since.
That's Module 1, living proof. Build for yourself. Let them come ask. Xavier asked. Now he's part of the same machine you're about to stand inside.
And when you finish, your proof works the same way. A certificate is included. The running system you build in week three is the real credential.
Eight seats. That's the whole room.
Not eight hundred. Eight. Every assignment gets real feedback. The live build uses one of your tasks. That doesn't scale, so we don't scale it.

How this actually works, so nothing here has to be taken on faith
- You join the waitlist above. No payment happens here, and nobody can pay before being offered a seat.
- When a seat opens, Mark reviews the waitlist by hand and reaches out personally. No bots, no auto-approval.
- If you're offered a seat, you'll get a direct email or text from studio@greatbreadsny.com with enrollment details and a secure Stripe payment link, sent to the exact email or phone you gave us.
- We will never ask you to pay outside of that direct Stripe link, and never over DM, wire transfer, gift card, or crypto. If anyone asks you to pay that way claiming to be us, it isn't us.
