- Subcontractor Purchasing. Award emails in your office's own format, the full compliance packet attached, insurance requirements, sample COI, the right tax certificate for the job type, and cost-sheet tracking from award through signed PO.
- E-Signature, Certified. Purchase orders and proposals signed on a page, not printed, signed, and scanned. Every signature carries a certificate: who, when, from where.
- COI Watch. Insurance certificates tracked to their expiry dates, with reminders before an expired certificate becomes an exposure on an active site.
- A Desk for the Estimator. Not one login for the office, a second, complete surface the estimator runs himself, phone-friendly, so purchasing never bottlenecks on one screen.
