A general contractor doesn’t need a website. He needs the job to run itself when he’s not in the room.
Integral runs commercial and institutional build-outs, real drawings, real subcontractors, real money on the line every time a purchase order goes out. The bottleneck was never ambition. It was the hours between a drawing set landing and a number the team could trust, and the hours after that spent chasing signatures, insurance certificates, and sub paperwork by hand.
The brief wasn’t a marketing site. It was a system that reads drawings the way the estimator does, and runs purchasing the way the office already does, just faster, and with nothing slipping through.

- Structured Takeoff. Drawing sets, scanned or native, read for scope and quantity, trade by trade, cited back to the sheet they came from.
- Drawing & Spec Conflict Detection. Flags where two documents disagree before it becomes a bid-day surprise, not after.
- Subcontractor Purchasing. Award emails, insurance and compliance packets, and cost-sheet tracking, generated the way the office's own paperwork already looks.
- Electronic Signature. Purchase orders and proposals signed and certified without a print-sign-scan loop.
- A Second Surface for the Estimator. The office runs purchasing from the studio console; the estimator runs it from his own desk, built specifically so the work doesn't bottleneck on one person's screen.
- Field Capture. A phone-friendly page for photographing drawings on site, feeding straight into the same pipeline.
- Multi-Project by Design. Built for a contractor running several live jobs at once, not one at a time.
The system reads drawings. The pricing stays his.
Every dollar on the desk is entered by hand, on purpose. The build produces scope and quantity, never a price, because the number that goes on a bid is the estimator's judgment, built over years, and no system should quietly stand in for it.
What the system does own is everything around the number: reading the drawings correctly the first time, catching the conflict between two sheets before it costs real money, and making sure the paperwork that follows an award, the insurance certificate, the signed PO, the compliance packet, moves as fast as the decision did.
