Written in October 2026, from that month's record.
On July 9 we left HubSpot. We moved 434 contacts into our own system and retired Calendly the same day. From then on every lead, email and call lived in one place we controlled.
On July 14 the National Minority Supplier Development Council certified Great Breads as a Minority Business Enterprise, through the New York and New Jersey council. It does not win anything by itself. It gets you into the rooms where the work is.
Two weeks later, that network led us to Integral Construction of NY. On July 28 they signed a four-milestone build, and we started on estimating. It was our first contractor and the first time we built software for how a construction company actually runs, not just how it looks. On July 31 we met in person.
That month also gave the studio's method its own page, the Design DNA.
