Certified MBE · WBE · VOB · New York & New Jersey

A buyer checks three things in thirty seconds. We make sure you pass .

For certified operators who already sell to government, institutions and general contractors, and are under-equipped for the buyers they already have. Start with a free read of the opportunities you are eligible for and the one thing on your site a contracting officer would flag. Delivered in 48 hours, on a 20-minute call, by a certified MBE studio.

01

Who This Is For

Certified, established, and selling to buyers who check.

Trades and specialty contractors

Electrical, mechanical, carpentry, site work, general contracting. You bid to agencies, authorities and primes, and the paperwork decides as much as the price.

Staffing, home-health and facilities services

Nursing and home-care agencies, security, janitorial, environmental services. Your customers are hospitals, agencies and institutions with a vendor portal and a checklist.

Suppliers to institutions

Logistics, equipment, uniforms, print, food service. You are on a certified list already; the question is whether the buyer can find you and trust what they find.

The fit is specific on purpose. NMSDC, WBENC, NYC, NYS or Port Authority M/WBE, SBA 8(a), HUBZone or SDVOSB certified, or eligible and not yet certified. Five years or more in business. The owner or principal is the person on the call. If that is you, the read below is worth twenty minutes. If it is not, the studio’s other work is on the services page.

02

Free · 48 Hours · 20 Minutes

The Certified Opportunity Read.

Before asking for your time, we do the work. Tell us your company, your certification and your NAICS codes, and within two business days you get three things, walked with you on a twenty-minute call.

  1. 1

The opportunities you are eligible for and not bidding.

Open federal, state and city solicitations matched to your NAICS codes, your certification and your geography, with the ones due inside thirty days at the top. The same scan that told a certified general contractor about nine open federal opportunities it had never seen.

  2. 2

The buyer’s thirty-second check of your site and capability statement.

What a contracting officer, a prime’s diversity manager or a hospital procurement lead sees first, and the one thing that would make them move on. Read against a real checklist, not an opinion.

  3. 3

The program you are eligible for and not registered in.

Certifications and registrations stack. Most certified operators are missing at least one they already qualify for, and it is usually the one their next buyer requires.

No cost, and no pitch attached to it. If the read shows nothing worth doing, it says so and the file closes.

03

If The Read Finds Work

Three engagements, in the order buyers need them.

First

Buyer-Ready Kit

A capability statement that passes the check, a bid-ready site, certification badges and structured data a buyer’s search can read, a Section 508-clean PDF, and your SAM and city profiles aligned to all of it. Three weeks, fixed fee.

Then

Four-Milestone Build

A full Design DNA, the site built on it, and one operating desk behind it: estimating, bidding, compliance or scheduling, on the Construction OS or Studio OS. Eight to twelve weeks, paid by milestone.

Ongoing

Studio Care

Kept current every month: a fresh opportunity read, bid support, the site and the desk maintained, and a studio that already knows your business on the phone when a buyer asks for something by Friday.

Pricing is stated in writing before any engagement begins, and every engagement starts with the free read. Most certified operators start with the Kit.

04

Proof

Built for a certified contractor, by a certified studio.

Integral Construction of New York is an NMSDC-certified general contractor. The studio built its Construction OS: estimating, purchasing, AIA billing and compliance in one place, around how a real desk runs a real job. The engagement began with an opportunity read and a phone call the same day. Read the case study.

Great Breads Studio is itself a certified MBE. The registrations, the NAICS codes and the certifying bodies are published on the supplier diversity page, and the studio’s accessibility posture on the Section 508 page, because a buyer should be able to check us the same way we check for you.

05

Request The Read

Five questions, then the calendar.

Enough to run the read properly. Submit and you land on the booking page to pick the twenty minutes; the read arrives before the call.

Two business days. By submitting, you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Prefer the phone? Email the studio with your company name and certification, and we will call you.

06

Common Questions

Asked on most first calls.

Is the read really free, and what is the catch?
It is free, and the catch is that it is how we qualify. If the read finds work worth doing, we will say what it is and what it costs. If it does not, it says so and the file closes. Either way you keep the read.
We are not certified yet. Does this apply?
If you are eligible, yes. The third part of the read is exactly that: which programs you qualify for and are not in. Pick “Not yet certified, but eligible” on the form.
Do you count toward our own supplier-diversity goals?
Yes. Great Breads Studio is a certified MBE, so an engagement with the studio is certified spend on your side as well as ours. The details and the certifying bodies are on the supplier diversity page.
Is this a website company?
No. The studio designs and engineers: brand, web and the operating systems behind them. The site is usually where a buyer’s check fails first, so it is usually where the work starts, but the four-milestone build ends with a desk your team runs the business on.

There are no secrets. There are systems.
