A certified MBE general contractor building corporate interiors. A new website, live at integralccny.com since October 17, 2026, and behind its Sign in the company’s own AsBuilt desk: purchase orders signed by the sub, change orders, and AIA billing, on one record.
A pump and motor repair shop, run by its owner from Yonkers and the Bronx. His book, being moved into AsBuilt: his own job numbers, estimates and invoices in his own format, nothing sent without his approval, follow-ups written from each document, prices worked out from his own rates, before and after photos on the invoice, and training on his own desk.
Coaching and consulting, rebuilt: a rebrand, an editorial website and the application system behind it, two doors and one method.
Home care and nurse staffing in New Jersey and New York since 1996. A new site with two front doors, one for families and one for facilities; a care request that asks only for contact and timing; and 561 old location pages folded into one service area, with redirects.
Printing, direct mail and document management for New York public agencies. A new site built from the public record: each agency, job and certification linked to its source, a plain guide to how an agency buys from a certified firm, and a quote request that goes straight to the owner.
